CANCELLATION AND REFUND
REGISTRATION
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the ETIKS TURIZM Office. Cancellations will be accepted until October 06, 2024 with a refund of all registration fees less € 50 administration fee. Full registration fee is applicable and no refunds can be made for cancellations after October 06, 2024 or for participants who do not attend. All refunds will be handled after the congress.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the ETIKS TURIZM Office. Cancellations will be accepted until 06, October 2024 with a refund of all accommodation fees less 1 night accommodation € 160 administration fee. Full accommodation fee is applicable and no refunds can be made for cancellations after 06, October 2024 or for participants who do not attend. All refunds will be handled after the congress.
GALA DINNER
Gala dinner will be held in the local Restaurant in Antalya or at the Hotel with unlimited local drinks. TBA (deppending the participant number)

FULL DAY EXPLORING ANCIENT PAMPHYLIA
After breakfast at the hotel take a journey through history and natural beauty with the Perge,
Aspendos, Side, and Kursunlu
Waterfall Tour. This unique tour
takes you on a fascinating
journey through ancient ruins,
stunning landscapes, and natural
wonders. Discover the ancient
city of Perge, with its impressive
Roman ruins and the stunning
Theater of Aspendos, which has
been beautifully preserved for
over 2000 years. Then, explore the charming town of Side, with its picturesque harbour and beautiful
sandy beaches. Finally, visit the breathtaking Kursunlu Waterfall or Manavgat Waterfall surrounded by
lush greenery and a peaceful natural environment. Lunch will be taken at one of the local restaurant
in Side or manavgat.
Full Day Tour price include transportation, guiding, entrance fees and lunch.
